In consideration for purchasing products from Wisconsin Custom Cages Inc., I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that the use of reptile enclosures and related products involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, the potential for injury or harm to myself, others, and the reptiles or animals contained within the enclosures. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, assembly, installation, and use of these products.

  2. Release and Waiver: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Wisconsin Custom Cages Inc., its owners, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, harm, or loss that may occur as a result of the purchase, assembly, installation, or use of the products provided by Wisconsin Custom Cages Inc. I understand and agree that any purchase of the product constitutes a release from liability.

  3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wisconsin Custom Cages Inc., its owners, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, harm, or loss caused by my own negligence, misuse, or improper use of the products.

I understand that any warranties provided by the manufacturer are separate from and independent of Wisconsin Custom Cages Inc.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this release of liability shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
